Cooking Instructions
Chop your cabbage into wedges, avoiding the core. Place center-side up on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400 for 20-30 minutes until cabbage is tender and tops are golden brown.
Mix tahini paste, lemon juice, water, chili powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the baked cabbage head and top with micro greens and pomegranate seeds.
