Cooking Instructions

  • Chop your cabbage into wedges, avoiding the core. Place center-side up on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400 for 20-30 minutes until cabbage is tender and tops are golden brown. 

  • Mix tahini paste, lemon juice, water, chili powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the baked cabbage head and top with micro greens and pomegranate seeds.
